Exchange and returns policy
Any item reduced by fifty percent (50%) and more is considered a final sale and, accordingly, we do not accept returns or exchanges on such merchandise, whether the purchase was made online or in our Boutique Uniformes Sélect inc.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN BY MAIL
You can exchange within thirty (30) days or return within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order items purchased online by mail provided that the merchandise is returned in its original condition, it is that is, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with its price tag and in its original packaging.

A defective item purchased online will be exchanged within thirty (30) days or refunded within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of your order provided that the merchandise is returned in its original condition, that is that is, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with its price tag and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for the return of a defective product will be paid by Uniformes Sélect inc. The new item will be returned to you free of shipping and handling charges.

For each exchange or return request by mail, you must complete the exchange or return form available online. Uniformes Sélect inc will send you by email a return label as well as the shipping details of this new item. The label must be printed and affixed to the return package, which must be dropped off at a Canada Post counter. Uniformes Sélect inc will not reimburse any shipping costs if you return a package in any way other than this.

When exchanging, we will contact you only if the exchanged item is no longer available, otherwise the exchanged item will be shipped free of shipping and handling. If the price of the new item is lower, we will credit the amount to which you are entitled under the original method of payment upon receipt of the returned merchandise. In the event that the price is higher, we will ask you for the necessary information in order to proceed with the payment of the difference.

When refunding, we will credit the amount according to the payment method used during the initial online order. The amount credited excludes shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes on that amount, if any, included in the cost of the initial online order. These costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Be sure to send any exchanges or returns of merchandise to the following address. You must have received a confirmation from us as well as a return label from Canada Post.

You must present to the store staff, your online purchase invoice, received with your package.
