Free shipping for any purchase of $ 75 or more

Shipping and handling charges do not apply for any online order of $ 75 or more before taxes. For orders under $ 75, a fee depending on the destination of the package, the weight and the size of the box will be billed to you automatically as well as applicable taxes, if applicable.

Pick up in store

The "In-Store Pickup" option is available free of charge to all online customers when entering billing information. Please wait for the phone call from one of our sales advisers at the store concerned before going there to pick up your package; she will call you upon receipt of your order in the store.

Online orders will be kept at the store for a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date the store's sales consultant contacted you for recovery. Multiple shipments

For the same online store order requiring multiple shipping packages, shipping and handling charges will be charged only for the first package shipped. No additional shipping and handling charges will be charged for other shipping packages associated with the same order.

Delivery delay

Delivery is generally made within ten (10) to fifteen (15) working days (Monday to Friday, holidays not included). Please allow up to twenty-one (21) business days for delivery to remote locations. An email will be sent to you to notify you of the new deadline if we anticipate that the usual deadline will be exceeded.

Carrier

The shipping of orders is handled by Canada Post and is done anywhere in Canada.
